Mentorship

Members of the JPMC team are encouraged and have developed relationships with entrepreneurial junior prospectors and aspiring miners in order to guide selected individuals with technical and commercial understanding to support their endeavors to secure prospecting and mining rights in Southern Africa.

Apprenticeships

JPMC has set up a program whereby the team supports Individuals in Jurisdictions where long term projects are being conducted, the intention is to give individuals well rounded knowledge and experience to develop competence in the various mining disciplines. It is envisaged that the selected individuals will be assisted in higher education to develop their practical skills into professional qualifications.

Support of NPO’s

JPMC has set up a program which supports a selected Non-Profit Organisation, PLP, Practical Learning Projects, an organisation set up to support and develop schools in knowledge development through practical maths and science “Experiments in a Box” in disadvantaged schools; an initiative that we at JPMC strongly support.
